📜 Terms of Service


By booking any services provided by Daddy’s Here, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

“Daddy’s Here” provides lifestyle support, life coaching, non-licensed practical assistance, and organizational or aesthetic guidance. These services are not a substitute for licensed trade, mental health, medical, legal, or other regulated professional services.

All services provided are limited to tasks that do not require formal licensure under applicable local, state, or federal laws.

2. Payment & Booking

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, Venmo, Apple Pay, or other approved digital methods.
  • Session times are billed in increments as outlined in the selected package or a la carte agreement.
  • A travel surcharge may apply for in-person services outside the standard service radius (city/county of SF).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.
  • Emergencies will be considered at the sole discretion of the provider.

4. Limit of Liability

All services are provided as-is, without warranties or guarantees.
In no event shall “Daddy’s Here,” its owner, or affiliates be liable for:
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Property damage beyond the scope of services provided
  • Injuries or loss resulting from misuse or misunderstanding of recommendations

The client acknowledges that while every reasonable effort will be made to provide high-quality service, all actions taken are ultimately at the client’s discretion and risk.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daddy’s Here, its owner, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the services, your breach of these terms, or your failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Confidentiality

Any personal or sensitive information shared during sessions will be treated with respect and discretion. However, these services do not constitute therapy, and confidentiality protections under therapist-client privilege do not apply.

7. Arbitration Clause

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of services, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own legal fees and costs.

8. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the official website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By proceeding with payment or booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
